Ordering Information
1. Measure metal tube length. (Do not include nylon bearing.)
2. Identify color of bearing (e.g. red, blue or black) and select corresponding part column
from the chart below. 75-500
3. Select our corresponding part number from the chart below -1 Metal
4. Identify appropriate end bracket to be attached from the illustrations shown then add -1 CISCO
or -2 to complete our part number.
5. Add suffix W to end of part number when ordering with white tube
Example: 32" Balance with black bearing, #75-540 attached in white = 85M-32HD-2W

General Information
1. Maximum tube balance length available is 60".
2. Red and blue bearings are for sashes weighing up to 30 lbs; the black 70-540
bearing with the nyclad tip is for sashes weighing up to 40 lbs. -2 Metal
3. In most cases red bearing can be used in place of white bearing. PGT
4. Available in Mill (Standard) or White (Special Order) tube.
5. The appropriate tensioning tools are 85-511 and 85-515 as shown
on pages 113 and 121.
6. All rod lengths are standard.
